At least two people were killed Saturday after a small plane crashed into a home near San Diego.
Law enforcement officials said that the plane crashed at around 4:40 p.m. in the Clairemont neighborhood of San Diego. The cause of the crash isn’t yet known, but a video shows it falling from the sky and toward the home on the 6000 block of Chandler Street near Abernathy Avenue. The crash caused the home to ignite in massive flames.
A video taken by a witness shows the tragic scene as the plan plummeted toward the ground. The plane eventually gets out of sight as it reaches the home, and the video cuts to the chaotic scene at the home it crashed into.

A neighbor, Richard King, told Fox 5 San Diego that he was on his roof putting up Christmas lights when he heard a loud explosion. When he looked to see what it was, he saw the flames and smoke rising from the home. He told the news outlet that he and others broke the windows of the home and screamed to see if there was anyone inside, but nobody answered.
