One of many Nigerian brothers that “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett allegedly paid to faux a racist homophobic assault on him has received the Chicago Golden Gloves newbie boxing event.

Abimbola “Abel” Osundairo, who allegedly took $3,500 from Smollett to assist stage the Jan. 29 incident, took house the “senior novice division” title Friday evening following a technical knockout within the first spherical, based on the Chicago Tribune.

Police arrested the brothers on Feb. 13 however reduce them free two days later after interviewing them. Cops later charged Smollett with faking the incident, then immediately dropped the costs.

Now the Chicago Police Division is suing him in civil courtroom for refusing to reimburse the town for its $130,000 investigation right into a hoax.
